Who we are

Wonderlong Salon - Aventura, 18121 Biscayne Boulevard, Aventura, FL 33160, phone (305) 935-4247. This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit wonderlong.salon, book with us or contact us.

What this website collects

This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers, does not set its own tracking cookies and has no forms that collect your personal data. Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages securely; this data is not used by us to identify you.

Booking with Vagaro

Appointments are booked through Vagaro, our booking provider. When you book, Vagaro collects the details you enter (such as your name, phone number, email and appointment preferences) and shares them with us so we can manage your appointment. Vagaro handles that data under its own privacy policy, available on vagaro.com.

Chat and phone

If you use the chat button or call us, we receive the information you choose to share — usually your name, phone number and your question — and use it only to answer you and manage your appointments.

Google reviews and maps

The reviews shown on this site are public Google reviews of our salon, loaded from Google. The map and directions open Google Maps. Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy.

How we use your information

We use your information only to book and confirm appointments, remind you of them, answer your questions and keep the notes we need for your hair plan (for example your diagnosis results and the products used). We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep client records while you are a client and for as long as needed for our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we must keep it by law.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can stop appointment reminders at any time. Call us at (305) 935-4247 or ask at the front desk.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online.
